Simulation consulting
projects are performed for our clients that either have no in-house capability to perform
a simulation in a specific area, or temporarily have no available personnel. Often,
companies develop internal simulation expertise in the domain of its core business,
such as for example linear structural analysis or injection moulding simulations. Special
simulations, such as simulations of product acoustic performances, or non-linear response,
which have to be done from time to time, can be sub-contracted to Apex Technologies.

Development of special
software modules is done for the companies which use Apex Technologies simulation codes.
It includes advanced material modelling, such as hyper-elastic visco-plastic constitutive
law for the modelisation of creep in rubber components, or special slip law used in
extrusion simulations; high-performance solvers; and application specific modules and
interfaces. |
